工作參數：
REXROTH葉片泵工作前，先將泵內充滿液體，然后啟動離心泵，葉輪快速轉動，葉輪的葉片驅使液體轉動，液體轉動時依靠慣性向葉輪外緣流去，同時葉輪從吸入室吸進液體，在這一過程中，葉輪中的液體繞流葉片，在繞流運動中液體作用一升力于葉片，反過來葉片以一個與此升力大小相等、方向相反的力作用于液體，這個力對液體做功，使液體得到能量而流出葉輪，這時液體的動能與壓能均增大。
REXROTH葉片泵依靠旋轉葉輪對液體的作用把原動機的機械能傳遞給液體。由于離心泵的作用液體從葉輪進口流向出口的過程中，其速度能和壓力能都得到增加，被葉輪排出的液體經過壓出室，大部分速度能轉換成壓力能，然后沿排出管路輸送出去，這時，葉輪進口處因液體的排出而形成真空或低壓，吸水池中的液體在液面壓力（大氣壓）的作用下，被壓入葉輪的進口，于是，旋轉著的葉輪就連續(xù)不斷地吸入和排出液體。
